In addition to spray booth, we also offer various paint booth filters such as pre-filter, pocket filter, floor filter, ceiling filters. They are all made using superior quality materials, featuring high filtration performance. The spray booth filters are available with standard specifications, and can be also customized based on customer needs.
Spray Booth Pre-Filter (G2, EU2)
Features
- Made using polyester fibers with a gradual increase of fiber density
- The filtration efficiency values are certified according to EN779.
- Anti-humidity: 100% r.F., washable
- Heat resistance: 80℃/176℉
- Non-flammability, self-extinguishing according to DIN53438 F1

Spray Booth Pocket Filter
Features
- Made using ultra-fine synthetic fibers
- Filter media contains electrostatic fibers.
- Ultrasonic welding technology for pockets provides high sealing performance and high strength.
- Frame: aluminum alloy, stainless steel or steel sheet coated with zinc
- Efficiency class (EN779): F5, F6, F7, F8, F9
- Heat resistance: 100℃
- Relative humidity: 100%

Paint Booth Floor Filter (G3, EU3)
Features
- Made using fiberglass with a gradual increase of fiber density
- Low compressibility keeps its shape and makes fiber purified air effectively.
- With a high absorbency level, the floor filter is ideally used during large-area painting.
- With progressive structure, the density of the fiber layers increases towards the clean air inside. This provides higher dust holding capacity.
- The filtration efficiency values are certified according to EN779.
- Heat resistance: 170℃
- Supplied in roll or sheet
Spray Booth Ceiling Filter (F5, EU5)
Features
- Made using polyester fibers with a gradual increase of fiber density
- Reinforced with wire mesh or nonwoven fabric for windward side of the filter
- The filtration efficiency values are certified according to EN779.
- Anti-humidity: 100% r.F.
- Heat resistance: 80℃/176℉
- Non-flammability, self-extinguishing according to DIN53438 F1
- Particle filtering size range: ≥1μm
- Supplied in roll or sheet
Spray Booth Filter Paper
Features
- Stapled and glued construction for high strength and long service life
- With superior spray booth filtering performance, the filter paper can collect up to 6 times the capacity of common type filters.
- High paint holding capacity
- Low resistance and high filtration efficiency
- Can be continuously used for 500-600 hours
- Conforms to DIN53438 K1
- For better filtration efficiency, the fiberglass and synthetic cotton can be added on the inlet side of the filter.
- The filter paper can be designed with outer frame upon request.
