Features of GZ Guangli’s Automotive Spray Booths
- Our automotive spray booth offers an efficient air filtration method to ensure high air quality inside the cabin. Before air enters the spray booth, it is filtered twice, i.e. rough filtering and fine filtering. The primary filter keeps dust particles larger than 15um from coming into the booth while the secondary filter catches fine dust particles of 5um by means of spray adhesive, the capture efficiency can reach 98%.
- The standard versions of GZ Guangli are full downdraft spray booths. In a downdraft booth, the airflow runs vertically from the ceiling to the floor at a speed range of 0.25-0.3m/s. When the air is drawn down while creating an envelope around the vehicle being painted, excess overspray is pulled downward and ultimately exhausted to the atmosphere. The full downdraft spray booth is the optimal option not only due to its ability to ensure higher quality paint finish on products, but also it can provide a safe and contaminant-free environment. Besides, it will not result in paint waste which is normally caused by high speed airflow.
- Paint booth time and temperature settings are adjustable to accommodate various paint types. The control circuit is designed with functions of protection against phase loss, overheat and overload.
- GZ Guangli’s automotive spray booth comes with spray heating function. When the ambient temperature outside of the booth drops below 20℃, it is able to raise the temperature of spray paint.
- It is possible to set a right temperature to cure paint between room temperature and 80℃. With hot air circulation system, our automotive spray booth automatically heats up the temperature inside the paint booth until the pre-set temperature is reached, and then automatically stops heating. This job is carried out cyclically once the temperature is below the pre-set value, this aims at reducing energy consumption.
