Packaging

    GZ Guangli’s paint booth wall panels are edge banded with steel strips at two sides. The top and bottom ends are wrapped with adhesive paper to protect the insulation materials, offering high rigidity and superior look. They are packaged with pallets for easy loading and unloading by forklift and preventing from damaging. Each pack is marked with label for great convenience of item counting.

    Paint booth steel basements are packaged and strapped, each item is labeled for easy counting.

    Paint booth accessories and edge bands are wrapped with protective films and packed with metal structure to keep from damaging, labels on the pack are clear and easy to recognize.

    Paint booth fan units are protected with a combination of inner galvanized sheet and outer steel sheet, the appearance color is consistent with that of wall panel. They are packaged with cardboard boxes and wrapped using protective films to protect the surface from being scratched.

Packaged paint booth parts are carefully handled by forklifts to ensure the product intact throughout its logistics.

Established in 1994, GZ Guangli has been focusing on manufacturing automotive paint booths, bus paint booths and automotive body paint lines for almost three decades. Among the current competition in the country, we are the oldest car spray booth manufacturing factory. Our manufacturing processes for paint booth production covers sheet metal processing, machining, punching, bending, welding, cutting, etc. GZ Guangli is well-known in the industry as it is at the forefront of the productivity and sales over the years in the domestic paint booth market.
